It’s back! Kick off your Independence Day celebration with our annual
Founders Pointe Neighborhood Ceremony and Parade
on SATURDAY, JULY 3rd!

EVENT DETAILS
Decorate your bikes, trikes, kids, pets, and yourself!
There's something for everyone – you do not have to have kids to join in the fun and celebrate with your Founders Pointe neighbors!

Get creative with a theme such as American heroes, movies, Team USA, nods to history or simply
go all out in red, white and blue.  Ribbons and prizes will be awarded to the "best decorated" in each of the following categories:
*Bicycles (2 wheels)
*Bikes with training wheels/Tricycles/Scooters
*Wagons/Strollers/Kiddie Cars
*Cutest Patriotic Pet
*MOST PATRIOTIC FAMILY (this one has an especially big prize!)
(One year we added a special prize for a group of teens who came dressed as WWII posters. Got an idea? Go for it! Or just show up as you are!)

8:30 a.m. - Judging begins in the pool parking lot (make sure to get your entry number when you arrive!).
8:50 a.m. – Brief ceremony followed by a short parade ride/walk led by the Franklin Fire Department.
9:10 a.m.  -  Frozen treats and fire truck tours!
The Franklin Fire Department will stay a while for kids and kids-at-heart who would like to visit and check out the truck.

PROMENADE COURT NEIGHBORS
Please make sure your cars are off the street by Friday night so that the fire truck can get through
(and you don’t end up with handlebar scratches on your vehicle!).
Parking options: Founders Pointe Blvd. or the very back of the pool parking lot.
Thank you!!
